Linc Swedrock has over 20 years of experience in commercial, industrial, residential site design, and land development, with extensive experience in transportation, utilities, land grading, and hydrologic design. As a Project Manager, Linc’s in-depth knowledge and experience with the EPA/NYSDEC stormwater regulations, site design, and development regulations have contributed to managing the design and approval process for many successful projects. His experience is a result of both his extensive technical background and comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory aspects of land development. Linc also routinely makes public presentations to represent the applicant and project before municipal boards and review/permitting agencies.
