Tom Danks has over 30 years of experience in the field of civil engineering. As the Construction Services Manager, he has been involved in construction inspection on various site work projects including road construction, earthwork, water and sewer installation; as well as construction layout surveying of residential, commercial, and municipal projects.

Tom also manages construction contract administration services during the pre-construction phase and provides owner representation by establishing communication with the owner, contractor, design team, and governing agencies during the construction phase process. In addition, he oversees our services for construction observation and SWPPP inspections under the requirements of the MS4 SPDES permits on behalf of the Town of Henrietta and Macedon.
