Fred Shelley is a New York State licensed land surveyor who brings over 20 years of experience in Land Surveying, Site Development and Design. He also bring 8 years of experience in operating his own surveying and civil engineering firm which specialized in providing topographic and boundary surveys, as well as many select site development projects ranging from single-family residential home sites and commercial site plans to municipal survey and site design projects. Fred brings a strong personality to his craft and pride in his work of which is shared with each of his team members. His keen interest in properly understanding the needs of a client and his ability to effectively communicate project requirements of projects, allows him to provide outstanding service to BME clients.

Fred’s tenure in the industry has afforded him broad experience from project acquisition and field data collection to delivery of professional services and successful project completion and buildout. Fred utilizes all of his skills in effective communication, business management and technical savvy, both in the field and with current software programs and traditional best practices to provide BME clients with the quality services they have come to expect.
