YMCA Camp Cory

BME worked with the YMCA Camp Cory to implement expansions and improvements to the 27.7 acre camp facility along the shores of Keuka Lake in the Town of Milo.  The project took place in two phases – Phase 1 included site planning and design for an assembly building known as the “barn,” an outdoor pavilion, as well as activity areas, including a playground and an archery range.  Phase 2 consisted of the site planning and design for six single-story cabins for overnight campers, a boardwalk around the existing pond, stone dust paths, and an emergency vehicle access drive.
