The Cottages at Canandaigua is made up of 60 single-family ‘cottage style’ homes on 20.9 acres in the City of Canandaigua. BME worked with the client to obtain Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) rezoning approval from the Canandaigua City Council. The project, which has been developed in two phases, includes over 15 acres of common lands maintained by a Home Owners Association established for residents. Site plan designs included sidewalks, walking trails, landscape, and lighting.
