Riverwood Tech Campus

The Riverwood Tech Campus is located on approximately 65 acres along the Genesee River in the Town of Henrietta. The office complex consists of four main buildings that were previously part of Kodak and were vacant for several years. Site modifications included complete renovation of building interiors and preservation of historic exterior elements. Additions included a new lobby, new site access, and additional parking areas, a dock and small craft boat launch, updated site lighting, landscaping and on-site connections to existing walking trails connecting with residential developments to the north.  Future plans for the site include the construction of building additions, parking configuration as well as a food truck pavilion for year-round food truck vendor parking.
