RIT NTID Rosica Hall

Rosica Hall is a 24,000 square foot academic and research building located on 1.5 acres within the Rochester Institute of Technology campus. Constructed on redeveloped parking lot and unused land, this project required site planning, parking lot and access road configuration, landscaping, lighting and stormwater management planning. BME Associates implemented Green Infrastructure measures with a bio-retention area to manage infiltration of stormwater runoff.
