Penfield Square

The Penfield Square project is a mixed-use development consisting of both residential and commercial space on a 9.2 acre parcel. The development team worked together with the Town of Penfield to design the residential and commercial uses on the site and to provide adequate pedestrian connectivity and public spaces for all users in the Penfield community as well as the adjoining YMCA property. Penfield Square is home to the Gardens at Penfield Square, an affordable 114 unit senior living apartment community, as well as Ashley Woods, a 70-unit assisted living and memory care facility, retail, commercial out parcels and over 50,000 sf of open space.
