Parker Street 3-5-7

Parker Street Three-Five-Seven is a unique 3-unit condominium community in the Village of Fairport. The project included demolition of three existing buildings on a quarter acre of canal front land. Each unit has a garage space below the first floor, patios and rooftop decks overlooking the Erie Canal. BME was responsible for site planning, variances, and all municipal and agency approvals.
