Park Point at Syracuse University

This student housing project included construction of a multi-level 66-unit apartment building, a private courtyard as well as grading and sidewalk reconstruction along three street frontages on an almost 1 acre property located on the main campus / in the vicinity of Syracuse University.   The privately owned and managed residential facility features a private lounge and gated courtyard, and often hosts a number of resident events throughout the year.
