BME worked with LeFrois Builders & Developers to develop the site plan, design and engineering of a ±46,350 SF building expansion of the Optimax Systems precision optics manufacturing facility in the Town of Ontario, NY. BME coordinated the re-subdivision of land to combine 2 parcels for the 7.5 acre acre site, and designed pedestrian and vehicle connections, associated parking, utility, and lighting improvements.
