Once Finger Lakes is a winery located in the Town of Benton on an 8.77 acre parcel overlooking beautiful Keuka Lake. The project included construction of a ±3,000 square foot wine tasting/lounge building and sales room that accommodates 90+ people, along with a 4,000 square foot special events tent area and gravel and grass parking area.
