Oak & Apple

Located in the Town of Penfield, NY, Oak & Apple Cidery is a 2,500 square foot Farm Ciderhouse built on 27 acres in a Town and County Agriculture Zoning District. In one building, apples are pressed into juice and fermented into hard cider. The main structure is a beautiful barnwood farm-style building where the cider is sold and served in an elegant yet rustic tasting room. BME worked with the owner to navigate the approval process, including coordination of sidewalk issues, parking lot placement & design, landscaping buffers, tree planting areas, watercourse & steep slope EPOD consideration and architectural guideline compliance.
