New York Beer Project at Valentown Plaza

New York Beer Project is the featured retailer in the 25,000 sf building in Valentown Plaza, Victor, NY.  The development blends well with the existing historic preservation uses in the vicinity by providing a period inspired building, which complements the Valentown Museum.  The New York Beer Project design includes outdoor seasonal fenced-in sidewalk and a seasonal roof patio seating area.  BME site design included aesthetic landscape features, additional ornamental plantings on the sidewalk patio, and a pergola with string lighting on the roof patio.
