Lyons National Bank – Farmington

BME Associates has worked with LNB to develop several branch locations, including the Farmington location.  Each branch has incorporated the aesthetic of the community in which it is built.  The Farmington branch office was designed to incorporate and preserve the historic Hathaway House and integrate it with a new barn-like structure and post & beam drive through.  BME worked with LNB, the architect, and municipal and regulatory officials to provide site engineering, planning and permitting for this project.

The project included the original portion of the Hathaway House and a new building addition. The combined structure is a new 2-story, full-service Lyons National Bank branch with two drive-thru lanes, one ATM lane and one by-pass lane.  Design plans included parking, vehicular access, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaping, and lighting.
