The Garber Chevrolet project included redevelopment of the existing 13 acre dealership campus. Site plans included a new storage and display building to be used for automobile sales, and expansion of an existing parking area for car storage use and parking spaces. BME designed a bioretention area for the expanded parking areas, per NYSDEC green infrastructure guidelines.
