The Culver Road Armory project consisted of the redevelopment of the former Armory site for construction of multiple tenants and multi-structure buildings to contain approximately 100,000 square feet of office, retail, residential, and restaurant use space. BME managed rezoning and site plan approval process. Design included parking lot enhancements and modifications as well as stormwater management drainage system.
