This multiple-building office park consists of 190,000 square feet of Class A, multi-tenant office space on a twenty-acre, highly visible site in the Town of Perinton, NY. The design included office and professional buildings with consistent architectural elements, shared parking to accommodate flexible tenant demands, consolidated access, landscaping, a multi-purpose water feature and outdoor pedestrian amenities.
