Coopervision Expansion

The Coopervision Expansion project included the re-subdivision and consolidation of two parcels to establish a 21.4 acre parcel to allow for 153,000 building footprint expansion to add office and warehouse space. The facility serves as the company’s warehouse and distribution center where company product (manufactured offsite) is warehoused and packaged for distribution to serve the company’s North American market. BME provided site planning, variance request and worked with Town and Regulatory officials through the approval process.
