Chase Bank at Valentown Plaza

BME worked with the developer of Valentown Plaza to design ±3,640 square foot Chase Bank branch in the Town of Victor. Site plan design included demolition of an existing building, parking lot layout for the bank and bank drive-thru, as well as landscape and lighting improvements.  The building was designed to complement the historic aesthetic of the plaza.
