Project:

The Barilla America project included site planning and design of a 50-plus acre site in Avon, NY for the development of a 326,000 square foot pasta manufacturing facility. Parking, access, loading infrastructure, and a future expansion area were included in the design work. The project involved design and construction coordination with six independent clients including the Livingston County Industrial Development Agency, Barilla America, and LAL Railroad.
