Intergrow, Inc.

The Intergrow Greenhouse project located in Ontario, NY consists of approximately 58 acres of greenhouses plus packaging and administrative buildings on a 122 acre site. BME prepared subdivision plans for the consolidation of land from four separate owners and prepared site design plans for this project, to be constructed in three phases. Site development began with permitting and approvals, including a Joint Application for Permit from the NYSDEC and USACE for relocation and disturbance of regulated wetland areas. BME worked with the client to obtain approvals from Town officials and Regulatory agencies. Project designs included stormwater management ponds incorporating collection of rooftop rainwater to provide onsite irrigation and to address water quality requirements by the NYSDEC. Phases 1 and 2 have been completed; Phase 3 is planned for 2023 and will add a 25-acre expansion the greenhouse complex. Intergrow Greenhouses, Inc. is a hydroponic tomato grower serving the northeast.
