Kim enjoys working with the Ontario-Wayne Stormwater Coalition and collaborating with Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems (MS4s) on stormwater policies to help communities remain in compliance and improve water quality. Kim has extensive experience completing construction and municipal stormwater inspections, post-construction control inspections, outfall reconnaissance inventories, and municipal facility assessments.

Kim has obtained her Certified Floodplain Manager’s (CFM) certification. Properly managing floodplain development is important to preserve the natural environment and to protect private property and quality of life for both people and wildlife.
