Dave has 35 years of combined land surveying, engineering and computer application experience. With an emphasis on land development assignments, his comprehensive surveying work has included all areas of boundary and topographic surveys, from reconnaissance for occupation evidence and monumentation in both public lands and colonial surveys, to topographic and planimetric mapping for tracts of up to 16,000 acres as well as bathymetric determination for several waterfront and marina projects.

His expertise includes abstract of title examination, research of case law and recorded legal documents, field measurements, data reduction, and boundary line determination for retracement surveys, subdivisions, re-subdivisions, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, mortgage surveys and mining/mill site claims.
Dave is also proficient in hydrographic and construction surveys. He has provided horizontal and vertical control and stakeout for the construction of residential subdivisions, roads, bridges, and dams, as well as industrial and commercial development projects.
